Wheat, dairy, and corn free pancake mix that actually works?

I'm experimenting like mad and so far - flat hard pancakes seem to be all I can create. Ick. I miss my dairy. Does anyone have a fluffy pancake mix that you've gotten to work without corn, wheat or dairy?

    I wasn't sure if you were looking a homemade blend or a commercial one but, this is pre-packaged one that is wheat/gluten, corn, soy, and dairy free. Also non-GMO.

    I haven't had this specific product, but I've tried other products from this company, and they were great, especially their spice cake mix that makes totally luscious carrot cake.

    I tried the pancakes...less than memorable. Thanks for the update on their carrot cake mix. That sounds promising.
