Y'all have no idea how happy I am to have found this forum. I've been on MFP for long time (even though right now I'm not updating my weight.) I have been struggling this pregnancy to keep my weight at a healthy level. I started at 115 pounds and have already gained 20 at 20 weeks. I stay active (6 days a week) and eat pretty well (except for the normal pregnancy cravings, which I keep in check pretty well.) I never go over my calorie goal, but everyday the scale gets higher and higher. This is very different from my first pregnancy that I started at 250 pounds and did nothing and lost 50 pounds during the pregnancy, Trying to not freak out on daily basis. Like I said, glad to have found you all here for support and advise. Feel free to add me!

I have friends that worked out an hour a day and ate well and still gained 50 plus. My only goal is to stay under 200 lbs. but if I don't, I don't. I figure if I stay in shape and eat carefully, there will be benefits somewhere, even if its not weight on the scale.0

Welcome! Congrats on your already amazing weight loss. From 250 to 115 sounds a lot like me. I was up to 240+ & got down to 111 even tho I held mostly at 130-135. I kept the weight off for almost 10 years & it came back quickly once i started gaining. Now I'm back at 209. I was a little over 200 when I got pregnant. I've gained 5lbs so far & I'm 21 weeks. I'm trying hard as I can to not gain. And plan to get serious about getting my body back after baby comes. Keep up your had work. Sounds like you're doing all the right stuff. :-)0

Hello! Well done for keeping coming here and finding the group! I too am struggling with weight this time - last pregnancy I started at 160 and put on 25lb in total which I lost in pretty much 3 weeks post partum. This time I started at 131lb and have already gained 20lb (I am 19 weeks) which is a blow! But I'm feeling well again now, after 18 weeks of feeling sick and exhausted so am hoping to get back on top of things a bit now and at least slow down the gain if not change it!0

Pretty much this. I am at the high end of gain and I am ok with that. My measurments are all the same and I have a very healthy lifestyle, so my main focus is eating clean, working out and making sure I eat enough (2300-2400 per day for me). I feel great, my measurments are good and I am staying in shape. The scale wasn't good for showing results before, so I am thinking it is even less effective now when I should be gaining. lol.0
