Morning all.

Hope you've had a good weekend. We are having the rarest of things here in the UK - a spell of Sunny weather! I has got to be 4 or 5 years since we've had 2 nice weekends plus all the weekdays inbetween!

PBsMommy has done a great job of putting together a google spreadsheet with all of our progress in, and a top 22 of the biggest losers. Why not have a look - details in this thread

    I dropped all my vacation food/water weight this week, so no need to worry about me losing too fast. :) I also ran a Spartan Race this weekend so i burned some major calories.

    As of right now, I am 0.8 pounds behind schedule to get to my challenge goal weight. Last week it was 1.1 pounds, so I am slowly but surely catching up to my slow weight loss at the beginning of the challenge.

    Hey, I'm a little late because I didn't notice this, but last week when i weighed myself I was 175.8.... i weigh myself again tomorrow!
