New to Herbalife

I was wondering if when on the Herbalife diet, do you still eat within your calorie goal? If so, how many calories are you supposed to have or how do you determine if you are too high or too low on calories? Please excuse my ignorance but I just want to make sure, I would not want to hinder my weight loss over not being sure. thanks!

I keep within my calorie goal by just including Herbalife items like any other food. My 1200 calorie target is not changed although I have fiddled around with my breakdown to up my protein target for the day to ensure I get towards 100g per day. Its working for me0
