I can't weigh every week...

When I first started this journey, I decided to weigh and measure only once a month. In my past, when I would weigh often, the losses would be so small, or non-existent, that I would become discouraged. I would also become obsessed with the scale and get to the point where I was weighing multiple times a day. I joined this group because the 30 pound loss by October fit right in with my goals, and I saw this as a place to gain additional motivation and accountability. Unfortunately, since I started trying to weigh every week, I have found myself weighing even more often than that and stressing really bad about the number on the scale. I need to back off and go back to once a month. My next monthly weigh and measure date with be Sunday, July 28. I would still like to be a part of this challenge, and I will continue to post my numbers on here when I do them. I would very much like to still be included on the spreadsheet, even though I know I won't be ranked on the weeks that I don't report. If you don't feel like that is fair to rank me with me only reporting once a month, I understand, but I really would like to still be included. Thank you very much!

    I completely understand and relate! When I had a weighing to often problem, I ended up resorting to making my hubby hide my scale for a month!

    I will keep you on the spreadsheet! I will just put the weigh-in from the previous week on the week's you don't weigh in that way you will be included on each week's spreadsheet. :)
