This is a competition that will last awhile. Whoever can drink the most water in 1 day will be posted on this forum so check from time to time and see who you're competing with. Post your water intake by the same standards as MFP. 8oz = 1 glass of water. I have just realized I don't want to do the math for other measurement techniques (liters, mL, etc.). I won't count your entry unless it is in OUNCES or CUPS OF WATER (8 oz. glass of water). Keep at it everyone! Everyday is a new chance to be Champion!

I usually drink 4 liters a day ( I have a 1L bottle that I just keep refilling ) but I drink a big smart water as well on days that I work out (like 3x a week), which i did today, so i probably had about 18 cups (8oz ) or so? I pee a lot.0
