I had my son almost six years ago and still weigh about the same as the day I had him. MFP says I should eat about 1600 calories a day. I am choosing to stay between 1350-1400. I will not starve myself! When I was a teenager I would eat maybe once a day. Now I am having issues losing weight. Anyone close to kokomo that could help or encourage me? Ty

You may not be eating enough calories. If you eat too few, your metabolism slows down to accommodate the small intake of food. Building muscle through strength training is a great way to boost your metabolism 24/7. The more muscle you have, the more calories you use while doing anything.
