Just wanted to drop a note......I am looking forward to some good discussions......I normally would not participate in blogs, groups, or outside supports but recognize I have to make some serious changes in my lifestyle. I am reaching out to the group for moral supports, suggestions and information about my impending gastric bypass surgery. I offer the same in return. Thanks to all !!

    Hi Red thunder, I am going through the process to have weight loss surgery also, probably in September. I am going to have the gastric sleeve. Good luck to you!
