There is so much to learn and so much change! I'm researching and revamping my diet, my life, my routine, my expectations (because you never know what will happen next with this strange disease)
Last night was not so good. Pain in rash areas, oozing and maybe infected. Up till 6am. Feverish, no energy.
I'm so blessed to have the husband, family and friends that I do. Trying to focus on staying centered on my relationship with the Lord.
Seeing the Rheumatologist August 14 th. I have not heard great things about her, but she is the only one in this area. Next closest would be over an hour drive. I have decided to go with an open mind and am praying for the best.
If being on prednisone, naproxen sodium and plaquenil doesn't keep the rash from spreading what would I be like without them?
This flare has lasted since the first week of June, so far...

I agree with everything that Sharise said. One day at a time is the only way to handle this disease cuz it get's tough. I get overwhelmed sometimes and I just hate it but I can only keep plugging on. You can add me as a lupie friend too 0
