    Back squat - 175 lbs
    Press - 95 lbs
    Deadlift - 193 lbs

    Total - 463

    These were in February.

    I had ACL surgery last week - so I have a long road ahead. I'm interested yet slightly depressed to see how far back this will bump me down :(

    Sorry to hear that. I did mine 20 years ago. The rehab is a ***** but stick to it and so as much as you can on your own and you will be right back to where you were pre-injury.

    I've been doing CrossFit for a year, and I finally get to log my Total.

    Shoulder Press (strict) - 85#
    Back Squat - 205#
    Deadlift - 255#
    TOTAL 545#

    Press-75
    Deadlift-195

    Total-425

    I've only been doing crossfit for 2 months so I'm eager to watch this number grow!!

    I just did my Wilks calculation (a powerlifting co-efficient which adjusts for body weight but my CF total would be:

    squat: 311lb
    dl: 323lb
    ohp: 135lb

    I expect that squat and DL are going to improve leaps and bounds as I do more CF. Shoulders are always the toughest to add weight to.

    Back Squat: 215
    Strict Press: 90 (darn shoulder)
    Deadlift: 265

    Total: 570

    Overall I am pretty happy with those numbers except the shoulder but I have an impingement or rotator cuff injury at the moment.

    Squat: 345
    DL: 325 (I actually dropped weight to improve my form and let my back get stronger)
    OHP: 145

    ohp: 100 lb
    dl: 275 lb

    Total: 580 lb

    I've been doing CF for 10 months.

    Back Squat: 265
    Deadlift: 275
    Strict Press: 95

    Total: 635

    I have no idea what that is in pounds. The only pounds I use are money.

    We tested 1RM on a bunch of stuff a few weeks back. Here's mine:

    Back Squat: 215
    Press: 80
    Deadlift: 245

    Total: 540

    We are on 12 week strength cycles at my box so we do the crossfit and oly total every 12 weeks which is really nice. Here is mine from a few weeks ago.

    Backsquat-203#
    Press- 105# (love the fractional plates :)
    Deadlift- 273#
    Total- 581#

    I need to squat more, next time I'd really like to be over 600!
