Hello All,
I'm wondering if anyone is struggling with the same issues. I have been vegan for about 1.5 years and was vegetarian for about 8 years before that. I am finding it more difficult to lose weight and maintain as a vegan. I am also busier and haven't been counting my calories as much. But I really don't think I'm eating that much more. Thoughts?

If you haven't been counting your calories, how can we help?
I don't know how you eat, but be sure you're not a "junk food vegan", a pastatarian or a breadatarian.
Honestly, most vegetarians I know are noticeably...thicker...than the vegans I know. So something in your diet is wrong.0 -
If you cut out the processed vegan foods you will loose weight!0
