I am new to this diet - on my 4th day and I am confused. I have been following the amounts of protein carbs and fats from the book and I am way under my calorie counts. Should I be having more than 1 serving of protein, carb or fat at each meal in order to get to the totals (1200/1500) that I should be having each day? Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Hi - thanks for the help. For example, Tuesday high carb day. I had
5:00 protein shake
8:00 half a whole wheat english muffin with 1/4 cup scrambled egg whites, slice of tomato and slice of onion
12:00 3 oz of leftover sirloin steak sliced on 1 slice of whole wheat bread
3:00 1 pouch of starkist tuna on 1 slice of whole wheat bread
6:00 3 oz pork tenderloin (bbq'd) with 1/2 sweet potato
9:00 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 tbsp low fat granola, 1 tbsp cherry preserves (sugar free)0
