How many KOM and QOM's has everyone got?

    :laugh: not getting many takers, this thread, Is it...

    Okay, so nobody will be embarrassed i'll start.

    I have the grand total of 3 KOM/CR's - they're all "course records" rather than hill-climbs because I'm a fat *kitten*, and one of them doesn't really count, as its just a segment that's pretty much the entirety of my regular training loop - i.e. it's a cheat-ey way to get strava to tell me how my ride compares over the same loop...

    And, despite my riding being split maybe 90% or more towards road rather than MTB riding, both my "real" segments are on sustrans routes or canal towpaths - maybe I'll build up one of my old 'cross bikes and go out and hammer the trails and set a real hot KOM time for them :laugh:

    Oh - and - despite riding the bike "like a big jessie" I haven't got ANY QoM's (sweetie!) :wink:

    I know, its not really hitting off is it? :mad:

    I have one KOM to speak of. And im second and third in a few others. Im also around about the middle on a cat 4 climb. Im happy enough never to challenge that any more than I have to :ohwell:

    ive got 5, but only 3 count... one im quite proud of, Hercules Hill in the East Bay. another is a 3 mile section, still an achievement... another is a 2.6 mile stretch!

    lost one of my CR's last week... it's an off-road one set on my clumpy old MTB, down an unmetalled cycle-route, and from the time differential between me and the new record holder I'm guessing the guy was on a 'Crosser :lol:

    Things have picked up a little since the thread started - a combination of getting bit fitter, bit lighter, a bit stronger, and a much better bike, and I've now got 3 proper KoM's... only short ones, but 2 of 'em are bloody steep in places...

    I've got 1 - of a 6km circuit. It is rather more downhill than uphill but hey its still classed as KOM
