This Month is Flying by! How'd you make out this past week? Hectic Summer makes it tougher on us trying to cut weight, I know I have to get back on track get back my focus over the next week!

I just did my morning weigh in. I measured at 206. That's the lowest I've been in probably 10 years. I wasn't expecting that since last weeks cheat day I really, really fell off the wagon. I'm 6 lbs shy of hitting the 200 lb mark. Once I hit 200 then I'm going to celebrate BIG!0

I didn't weigh in this week as I've already reached my goal weight and I'm focusing on toning up now. My dad bought a set of dumbbells yesterday :happy:

I weighed in at 148.5lbs 1.5 over my pre-vacation weight.
This is my second day of getting all my meals planned out in advance. I need to work on getting the exercise level up again.0 -
Down exactly one pound since this day last week. 186.0! One little pound, but it's so exciting that it's still moving in that direction. That has not exactly been a trend for me over the past 5 years of my life!0

Another not spectacular week - up 0.6 pounds, and then I ate a burger & sweet potato fries for lunch. I woke up not feeling very well. Came into work but am about to head home for a nap.0

I weighed in at 160 this morning, up a couple of pounds from last week. This week was terrible as far as food goes, but I did stick to my exercise plan. I leave for vacation one week from today, and I'm going to focus HARD on eating right and getting back on track before I go.
