Massive amounts of sugar on the 7lbs in 7 days Juice diet

I'm eating over 100g of sugar a day, albeit not refined sugar. On day 6 and have definitely see drastic results, I only wanted to lose 10lbs, but the sugar counter on my daily totals is freaking me out!

Have you been adding greens to your juices, like Kale, Spinach and Watercress?
Just try to avoid tropical fruit or reduce them. The only exception is pineapple, pineapple contains bromelain which is a fat eater!
Limit Banana's they have lots of sugar. Berries are awesome! as many as you want, although strawberries should be organic.
If you are craving ginger, add it.
If you want added weight loss have fresh lemon in your water and get apple cider vinegar and do one shooter a day.
Make sure you are always adding something green. Spinach, Kale and watercress are best. Beets are an amazing blood cleanser.
