Hello!
I'm a transplant to the area and love getting outside! I've hiked the water gap a bit but would love more ideas on where to go and get out and about!

    Try child's park in dingmans ferry, or the PEEC Center off of 209, or the mcdade trail is nice and runs down into stroudsburgh

    Theres a nice bike/walk trail right on the edge of the Delaware River in Shawnee on Delaware. Goes right through Smith Field Beach ( Nice place for a Picnic) and ends just outside of Digmans Ferry. Its called Mcdade Trail, theres a link bellow for information about the trial.
