anyone have a goals thread they'd like to start?

swimming
water intake
exercising so many days a week
sleeping
no chocolate
more protein
less sodium

    i want to try to walk 4-5 miles a day.... i know it's possible but finding the extra time is the hard part....
    oh and less soda intake... can't kick that habit

    I want to try and work out at least 5 times a week. Just started back up after a 3 month blah, busy time. I used to do 6 days a week, but I need to work my way back up.

    I'll start with that and then next month maybe double some of my activity on certain days.

    Thanks, now I'm excited to get up and go!

    As I'm just returning from vacation...my liver says no alcohol for a month. I want to run (or try to run) the Monumental in the fall so I think I need to up my miles with one long run a week. Its been all 5k's and 10K's till now.
