So funny how we call a rose, a rose but by any other name it is still a rose! I was told to do some air squats and I Googled because I thought they were something I had to jump in the air for...WRONG! They are regular squats just a different name.
So let's review my friends perfect form...nothing wrong with a 'check-up' to see if you still got the form right and do some squats.
For you experts out there let's do 50 today. You choose if you want to add weights!
