Mini-Challenge #1

No matter where you are in your fitness regimen, you can participate in this challenge. Part of losing weight is exercising more. So the challenge for the next three weeks is to get a base-line of your activity using the number of steps. So if you want to play along, just post here and in three weeks, we'll all post our baselines....

    Hello everyone I am interested in doing the baseline, however, I am waiting for my fitbit zip to get here. I think it should be here by Aug 1.

    I don't have a Fitbit. Is there a formula I can use to figure out the number of steps taken? I walk daily. I don't mind not counting the misc trips to the car or the bathroom. I only want to estimate the number of steps during my walks.
