Hi 'Round 0' asks for 'Body Fat %'. How do I work that out?

I Googled it and found this website
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/
I don't know how accurate it is though, but it may be some help!0 -
Hi ~
On the Group Information on the main page the following link was provided:
determine the weight loss percentage using this link: http://weight-loss-percentage.com (please include your running total using your starting weight from round 0 as well as your round total using your starting weight from the previous round).0 -
Hi thanks for the info guys, I was okay with the weight loss percentage thing but on the round '0' it asks for the body fat %. The link to the BMI calculator seems to answer that one. I am assuming that there is a difference between the body fat % and the weight loss %.0

The body fat % will hopefully keep decreasing, while the weight loss % will increase when you count from square zero, the starting point.
From what I understand, the weight loss % of the second week will be calculated as (weight at end of second week) divided by (weight at end of first week), then multiplied by 100% to get something like 1% or 0.3% from the decimal value of said calculation, if you have lost weight during that week. For your own amusement, you could also compare to the starting point weight.0 -
I forgot to mention that I will use my scale, which does measure body fat %. It doesn't matter if the value is slightly off, because I'm mostly interested in relative change right now.0

I will also be using my scale for BF% but it won't be very accurate I think. But hey.
I will also most likely make a before/after photos topic on August 1st. Although we can't expect to see much change in 1 month I am still curious if I will be able to see. And maybe more importantly if you guys will be able to :P0 -
Sorry everyone! I meant weight loss percentage which doesnt apply to round one. My mistake (I'm only human)0
