Hello everyone! How did you get on?
I stayed the same weight as last week, however after eating and drinking all that Edinburgh put in front of me for 5 days, I'm really pleased that there was no gain!
I'll have to be extra careful with my food intake this week as I broke a toe last night (owwwwwww), which means exercise is off limits for a couple of weeks until it heals.

    1.8 lb gain. Gained back exactly everything I'd lost last week. :(

    Finally, a loss! Down 2.2 pounds to 189.6!

    I lowered my calorie goal this week so I'm waiting to see if it sticks.

    I am back down 1.8 lbs this week...still .2 above what I was 2 weeks ago, but I'm fine with this...with all that's going on I'm anxious to get back to "normal" whatever that may be LOL!

    Hmmm...sorry I'm late. I was off yesterday and forgot to update this morning.

    Sad to report I'm up 2 lbs. Grrr... But I'm blaming it on TOM.
