Weekly Challenges?

How about we try a weekly challenge? That would help me keep movtivated. For example workout 3 times a week or a totalof miles per week walk it bike it etc.. just and idea

    I like this idea. Being today is something like the first of the month, but the end of the week, lets workout at least one this weekend, eat 2 salads, and watch one comedian for laughter. Laughing is supposed to be a good inner exercise.
