I completed today burning 2,110 calories! Didn't even come close to the amount of calories I could have eaten so I am right on track. I am so proud of myself! I have been doing this for 4 days now and it is getting easier. I have lost 1 pound so far already. I am putting all my recipes into myfitnesspal and the foods I like to eat so after a week or two I should have all my info in there. I am hoping to lose at least 25 pounds before winter. If I can lose 50, then I will be perfect. Can't wait to hear how all of you are doing.
