    My first challenge so keeping my fingers crossed. It is challenging enough to remember to log in but something has to change and it might as well be now. Dealing with a knee injury so forced to low impact activity. Any suggestions will be greatly welcomed. I am swimming and using a recumbent bike as of now.

    oh i forgot to add my goals, for august 15 lbs of (it seems possible for me) and long term I want to get down to 150. and my BFP is 39% according to the website that is unhealthy (not news to me) I am looking forward to making my fat cry and kicking its butt this month! :-)
