This morning, I went for a jog but it started raining heavily and I had to rush home. However, I will do Billy Blanks Tae Bo celeb fit sculpt workout as part of my toning routine when I finish work. Otherwise I plan to eat within calories and drink more water.0

Heavy rain derailed my run yesterday, so I went out this morning and did it. I tackled a 5K course I've been a little afraid of because it's got one really big hill at the beginning, several moderate hills in the middle, and one really big hill close to the end. I've done parts of the course many times (it's near my house) but this is the first time since doing C25K last summer that I've run it start to finish. Last year it took me 51 minutes and this morning it took me 38, so I was really happy with that. I was breathing so hard at the end of that last hill I almost wanted to stop, but once I got my breath back I was fine. Pilates tonight after work, which is always a great ab workout.

I'm going to stick to my eating plan, drink tons of water and do tae bo as long as I can stand tonight. I've been doing squats, lunges and planks (2, 30 sec) for the last few days b/c we have jeans day this Friday at work, and I've avoided those for the last two years! I'm so happy that even with anniversary outings over the weekend I haven't gained any...it's got me super motivated to stick with it0

Well yesterday turned into a rest day both because I was tired and because I was dealing with a sick dog. Luckily I only went a few calories over my daily allocation. I'm not sorry about the rest day as I needed it.
Today I did a 30 minute interval run on my local bike trail, with 1 minute of fast (for me) running and 2 minutes of easy running repeated 10 times. I've got to teach a puppy class tonight and deal with my sick old one, so I'll probably do about 15 minutes of body weight training this evening and that'll be it for the day.0
