Just bought this book (more of a textbook really) from Kelly Starrett who runs mobilityWOD.com.

Has anyone else read it? I'm really looking forward to using it to improve my flexibility and mobility.

    I have heard about it a few times now and flexibility isn't a strong area for me so I think I need to get this book. :)

    My coach has this and loves it. Uses it alot on us. Haven't read it myself. He has lent me some other things from his library, but will not part with this one. LOL

    Darn, I wet to buy this and there's no Kindle version. :(

    ETA: you can get it through iBooks, just not Amazon and Kindle.

    There are a lot of photos and diagrams. Maybe that makes it less Kindle friendly?
