I think the swimming is helping me a lot. I'm pretty confident I'll be able to lose that .5" this month.

That being said, I've been sick for a couple of days and don't think swimming in a public pool is a good idea. Hope to be better by tomorrow.

    Monday - Yoga
    Tuesday - swimming + BBY
    Wednesday - swimming
    Thursday - swimming + BBY
    Friday - swimming
    Saturday - zumba + BBY
    Sunday - rest

I don't know what has happened this week... I don't know if it is stress from work or I have a stomach bug, but I just haven't been able to eat much without getting sick. I feel fine otherwise, been going to work. But haven't had the energy to do diddly squat... Hoping I start to feel better soon.

    Monday - StrongLifts

    Tuesday - Cardio maybe rest

Wednesday - StrongLifts - COMPLETED... I just deloaded on the weights a bit and only lifted about 80% of what I would have done. I actually felt so much better afterwards.

    Thursday - Cardio maybe rest

    Friday - StrongLifts

    Saturday - Cardio maybe rest

    Sunday - Rest

@SolanumSunrise - I ate a whole lot more yesterday than I did Tuesday, so I decided to suck it up and just lift. I deloaded and only lifted at about 80% of what I should have done. But it did make me feel a lot better. Hoping this poo feeling is gone for good soon.

My nutrition has been horrendous this week, I have been staying at my parents house while we had our bathroom done - I was there for 4 days and the food in their house includes the things I normally avoid buying so I am not tempted to eat them. Therefore, my "no bread" rule failed this last week... I have eaten so much bread!!
