Hello everyone! How did we do?
I'm amazed to announce that I've lost 2 pounds in the last week, despite a broken toe! I managed to exercise in different ways - stationary bike, some weight videos on Fitness Blender - and have been eating really healthily. I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise but I usually struggle to lose weight so I'm really pleased.

Good luck everyone and I hope you have some success stories too :)

    8/7- 192.3

    Lost more than a pound.

    Down 2.4 lbs. from last week, so much of it must have been water. 175.2.

    Hmmm...I seem to have reached another plateau...and/or the stress in my life (moving and family drama) are definitely affecting me and my choices and my exercising...ugh! Hopefully, it passes quickly!

    Today I weighed in again at 173
  • I've lost 2lbs this week. That makes me 170lbs right now from 172lbs from my original weight of 177lbs. :)

    I'm down 3.6 from last week. That explain the gain at my last check in. However, I'm growing tired of all the bouncing around. I'm really amping up the cardio, adding 2 nights of Zumba even if I do cardio at the gym during the day. And I keep reminding msyelf...it's a marathon, not a sprint! (did I hear that in here?)

    Half a pound since last week. Down to 189.2.

    Wow, well done to everyone that lost this week. This has been our best week for sure!

    TheGr8Kimbini - I had the same starting weight as you! Think I'm a few weeks ahead though - I'm currently 166.4. Sure you'll catch me up soon!
