juicing 2 meals a day and eating one for weight loss

Would juicing 2 out of 3 meals a day be a good way to lose weight? Im looking to lose about 5 pounds this week this way and i was wondering if this would actually work? any ideas?

This is what I do - As long as your meal is semi-healthy and you don't go overboard on weekends, you should lose weight.
I juice for breakfast and lunch, eat grapes for a morning snack, pretzels or veggie straws for an afternoon snack, and then eat a healthy dinner. UNFORTUNATLEY, I've been slacking lately and have been eating junk for dinner or too much on the weekends so I haven't been losing.0 -
