Best & Worst

Out of pure boredom and since this group is kind of quiet.......

Best and worst thing you've done for your fitness goal this week?

For me:

Best? I've worked out every single day
Worst? I ate ice cream two days in a row (Don't judge!)

    Lol, this is cool. I'm interested to see what others post.
    Best: stuck to my workout schedule even though I didn't feel like it.
    Worst: ate whatever I wanted (I'll get back on track by Monday).
  • Best: I actually woke early up to for two days this week
    Worst: Well my bday is coming up so alot of alcohol has been involved this week, Its a celebration! :)
  • Best: I've biked for 3 days straight (almost 70 miles)
    Worst: Stepped on the scale and am retaining water like a sponge (thanks for the buzz kill mother nature... thanks)
