Did Zumba for the first time today. Was so bad at it I had to do the step by step dvd to learn the moves, lowered the calories burned because of that. But still worked up a sweat and it totally targeted some muscles in my thighs that I don't usually get to unless I'm doing squats so that was nice!0 -
