    Did I stay within my calorie budget? No! ... homemade chicken soup sent me over.
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No! Lazy ... I did too much yesterday and just didn't feel like pushing myself today.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes ... I will definitely do this despite bad days.

    Thank you, caradae, for this challenge. I'll keep doing it on my own to see how many days I can rack up in a row until August 31st.

    Did Zumba for the first time today. Was so bad at it I had to do the step by step dvd to learn the moves, lowered the calories burned because of that. But still worked up a sweat and it totally targeted some muscles in my thighs that I don't usually get to unless I'm doing squats so that was nice!
