    My Plans:

    Go to the gym 5x Week (Mon-Fri) for an hour each day
    Don't be a complete couch potato on the weekend days
    Do lots of hiking/walking during our camping trips
    No Alcohol During the Weekdays/limited on weekends
    Salad Every night with dinner
    Veggie every night with dinner
    No Snacking before dinner time
    No Sweet Treats
    No Fast Food
    No Soda

    Goals:
    Get back to being able to run on the treadmill again
    Get back into size 10 pants (currently in 12s)
    Lose 22 pounds by Halloween
    Don't give up and fall back into old habits

    Take a walk each day
    Get up and move
    Limited alcohol
    Cut out soda
    Limit juice
    Limit snacking
    Eating more fruits and vegetables
    Drinking 1/2 my weight in ounces of water each day

    Goals:

    Lose 15 pounds by Halloween
    Stay on track

    My goals are to stay under my calorie count everyday and get at least 30 min of cardio in each day. Including the weekends. Normally I do a brisk walk, Mondays I do Zumba and Bellydance, Wednesdays I do Hula Hooping. (haven't for the past 3 weeks) lets hope I get there today!

    Goal: Lose another 10% of my body weight (which will be about 19.5-20 lbs) by 10/31. Exact number TBD

    Plans: Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day
    Work out at least 6 hours each week
    Stay under calorie limit each day - even on the weekends
    Limited alcohol (1-2 drinks per month)
    Limited soda (1 per week max)
    Take the stairs, park farther away

    My Plans:

    Walk my dog for 1/2 hour at least 3 days per week
    Take a yoga class 2-3 days per week
    Spend 45 minutes on the treadmill 5 days per week
    Lift weights for 30 minutes, three times per week
    Stay within my calorie goal at least 5 days per week
    To get a referral to physical therapy so that I can strengthen my back and therefore do more types of exercise

    My Goals:

    To lose another 28 pounds, which would put me at 125 pounds
    To be satisfied - heck - even *happy* with the way I look and feel
    To feel energetic

    My plans:
    Get back to 10k steps a day
    At least 4 workouts at 30 min each in the week
    Start some sort of strength routine even if it's once a week
    Reduce my sugar intake and control the junk
    Eat more veggies and fruits (!!!)

    My goals:
    Lose 10 lbs by Halloween
    Log close to every day
    Get my energy back so I feel good throughout the day

    My plan:
    Lift weights 4 days a week
    Light Cardio 5 days a week (walking the dog, go for a hike- no marathon sessions like I used to do on the treadmill)

    Cut back on sugar/starch, increase fat (protein has always been pretty steady- 100-120g a day).

    I would like to lose 20 lbs by Oct 31st but am definitely OK with losing inches/gaining muscle in lieu of pounds :)

    Do couch to 5k plan
    Eat right
    Eat less chocolate (yes, it needs its own sentence)
    Stay motivated!

    My Goals:

    Eat within +/- 100 calories of my 1500 calorie goal per day.
    Exercise 300 minutes per week
    Complete 30 days of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred before Oct 31.
    Only drink alcohol on dates - limit to 1 drink.
    I currently weigh 173.6 lbs, and I would like to weigh 155 by Halloween :-)

    My Goals
    To finish up JM 30 ds at the end of augs(level 2 day 4) and start a new one in sept.
    To walk every other day for 2 or 4 miles.
    No more junk food like candy and chips in till halloween.
    To stay below my cal intake
    To lose 10 lbs my halloween if more that is great.
    CW 186 BH 176-170 GW 120.

    Exercise Goals:
    Go to they Gym 3 days per week M-W-F + do strength training
    Do Leslie Sansone DVD's: M-F (with 3 days being a 3 Mile Walk)
    Weekends: Walk on treadmill or 1 mile DVD walk on Sat or Sun
    Diet Goals:
    Choose veggies and fruits instead of carbs for snacks.
    No candy. No soda. No artificial sweeteners.
    Severely Limit dairy (can have some in iced coffee but just a smidge).
    Drink at least 8 glasses of water no matter what!
    Mind Goals:
    Love my self and my body as it is.
    Be proud of working on my goals.
    Take time to take good care of myself and put myself first (above the housework etc..)
    Do things I love: cello, crafts, crocheting, reading etc...
    Smile + keep my perspective: be grateful and ENJOY the wonderful things/people/animals/nature I have in my life!

    I need to make healthy living (REGULAR exercise, thoughtful eating) a way of life, not just something I do until I start seeing significant results. At first, I freaked out about not being able to occasionally indulge, but then I realized most of my "indulgences" could be offset by extra exercise.

    45 minutes at the gym (probably cardio) at least three times a week
    30 minute walks at home three times a week
    Careful accounting of what I eat
    Wine/alcohol only on weekends (until 09/05, when I give it up for a month in support of a friend who's quitting smoking)
    Drink water instead of soda
    Think before eating

    Let's all stay focused, and think ahead to how great it's going to feel when we reach our Halloween goal!

    Basically my plan is
    - Continue tracking everything I eat the day before, since that's been working for me
    - Continue to keep constantly moving at work - extra walking = extra calories burned
    - Add some accountability to my progress (that's where this challenge comes in!)
    - Keep reminding myself that food is not a reward - I can have whatever I like so long as I keep it reasonable
    - Weigh only once a week and resist the urge to weigh every day
    - Plan another 10 week challenge to lose another 15-20 by New Years Day (180 is my ideal goal for New Years Day, though if I make it to 200 by then and that's all, I'll be beyond happy as I will have still lost 60 pounds this year)

    Goals
    - Lose 19 pounds by Halloween (Just under 2 pounds per week)
    - Find a Halloween costume to fit into and work towards for Halloween 2014 and hang it in my closet as a reminder
    - Be at or under 200 by Halloween
    - To find ways other than food to reward myself
