Result Pics Pls! Any ladies who have LOST lifting HEAVY!

I would love to see some before and afters of ladies who have lots weight doing strong lifts. I have always loved lifting weights, not a fan of mindless cardio, so this routine sounds perfect. But I have a lot of weight to lose! Am I better off to lose some of the fat first?
My heaviest was 230, I'm currently at 213.
Mini goal is 199
Mid Goal 180
Ultimate goal 150.

Will this work for me? Show me some success stories!!!
And if you don't mind, tell me, do you STRICTLY do only the stronglifts program? Or add in additional exercise as well?

    I weigh around 218/220 right now. I've only been doing this for 2 1/2 weeks so I have nothing to show for it but an amazing sense of accomplishment and pride, and quite frankly, I feel like a badass *****! LOL

    Just do it - you'll keep lean muscle while losing fat. :-)
