Fall Wellness Classes

The Fall Wellness Classes have been posted for the first half of the fall semester! All classes are 10$ for students and meet twice a week. Please post below if you intend to sign up for a class & are looking for work out buddies!
Classes offered are:
Boot Camp Fitness:
-Mon & Wed 11:30am-12:15pm
-Begins Aug 26th/Ends October 2nd
-Meets on the Indoor Track
-Enlist today for a workout that will combat the fat – regardless of your current fitness level. Classes are supportive and challenging with a high degree of personal attention. This class will use a variety of body weight exercises, suspension training, and calisthenics to shape and firm the body.
Body Shaping/Circuit Training
-Tues & Thurs 11:30-12:15
-Begins Aug 27th/Ends Oct 3rd
-Meets in 2nd Floor Aerobics Room
-Shape and firm the entire body with this fun, supportive, and energetic workout. This class will use a variety of techniques (plyometrics, free weights, stability balls, Bosu Ball, machines, and body weight exercises) in order to maximize your efforts in creating a more lean physique.
Zumba/TurboKick
-Mon & Wed 5:00pm-6:00pm
-Begins Aug 26th/Ends Oct 2nd
-Meets in 2nd Floor Aerobics Room
-Join the party! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music combined with easy to follow dance-fitness moves. This mixture creates a dynamic and effective cardiovascular and muscle toning workout. Sign-up today, and Dance the pounds away!
