If not, time to up activity level. I think I can make my walking goal, but need to get on the bike soon or I won't make my biking goal!

Great job! I slacked off last week so I'm doubling up this week. Still yet to ride my bike though. Maybe this weekend if it's not too hot.0

I slacked off for a couple weeks with diet and my challenge that I was doing... I was getting very exhausted doing 50 pushups, 75 dips, 180 squats, 2 minutes of planks, etc. Not to mention how long it all took as I had to break the stuff into pieces and my one year old kept trying to climb on my during my workout.
I just decided I would eat "regularly" without tracking too much and then reconvene later. I gained a bit (I think mostly because my sodium intake was higher with some processed foods). But now back down to where I had been. Looking forward to making it into the 150s any day now.0 -
Thank goodness for all of those walks I took on vacation! I am 2 miles away from my initial goal of 50 miles, and I will hit that tonight. Now I'm aiming for that stretch goal of 100.0
