So this week is the week leading up to our next measure...

I want to lose at lease 1 inche from my saddlebags (my 28 day goal).

Monday - 7km @ min 8:11 - 7:37 min per km

Tuesday - Strength Training + squat challenge 100 x

Wednesday - 7km outdoor @ 8:11 - 7:37 min per km + squat challenge 105 x

Thursday - Strength Training + squat challenge 110 x

Friday - Rest Day

Saturday - 7km @ 7:37 - 6:39 min per km + squat challenge 130 x

Sunday - Flexiblity Training + squat challenge 135 x

    Tuesday - swimming + BBY
    Wednesday - Yoga Meltdown L2
    Thursday - swimming + BBY
    Friday - swimming
    Saturday - Kickboxing fastfix + BBY
    Sunday - rest

    Has anyone notice differences in your measurements depending on whether you measure first thing or later in the day? I suppose it really only applies to the belly but I seem to consistently get an inch bigger by the end of the day.

    Tuesday - Swimming

    Wednesday - 7km outdoor @ 8:11 - 7:37 min per km + squat challenge 105 x

    Thursday - Strength Training + squat challenge 110 x

    Friday - Rest Day

    Saturday - 7km @ 7:37 - 6:39 min per km + squat challenge 130 x

    Sunday - Flexiblity Training + squat challenge 135 x

    Sorry, I wasn't around much last week. I was sick at the beginning of the week, got better, then got horribly worse by Thursday night.

    I am really hoping for a better week.

    Monday - StrongLifts - Completed
    Tuesday-
    Wednesday - StrongLifts
    Thursday -
    Friday - StongLifts
    Saturday
    Sunday

    I left the rest blank, because I am going to be playing by ear.

    I always do measurements in the morning. I am sure depending on what you eat throughout the day, it would throw your measurements off just a bit if you did them in the evening or mid day.

    Wednesday - StrongLifts - Completed along with Zombies Run
