So I only lost .2 of a pound this week. In actuality, I gained two pounds over the weekend at a cottage (drinking beer all day, I actually never do that) and worked hard to burn it off again this week, which I did so I'm just glad I didn't put myself back. I guess I lost a week, though.
I just can't wait to see a "17..." on the scale! It jumps around in the 170's before settling on 180 and it makes me happy just to see it on there.0 -
