Hi ladies, my name is Susan I am 49 years old; I live in Ponte Vedra Beach, and I am a Marine. I am working to lose 60 lbs. I have to lose 50 lbs. for my wedding day in Pensacola. I have been on so many diet websites and had no luck with them and I love this site this is cool because I hate totaling up my calories as I was not a math scholar. I hope I can get some support here.

Welcome to the group. I recently just joined this group myself. I retired from the Marine Corps two months ago and desperately in need to lose 50-60 pounds as well. I put on most of the weight right before I got out due to alot of physical ailments and now that I'm retired I just don't want to become one of those old, fat retiree's.
