Pain related to PCOS?

Two days ago I noticed I felt crampy but I am not due to start my period for another two weeks. Yesterday I started a dark brown (almost black) spotting and today I am in so much pain I am in tears and extremely nauseous.

I know web MD is very unreliable but two things came up at the top of my symptoms. PCOS and Ovarian cysts. Has anyone experienced this before? I am pretty regular with my pill and take it on time daily and I have never had this happen before! I don't even have cramps like this on my period..

    Wow...I have never had an experience like this, and have nothing to offer by way of advice. Sorry.

    Thank you. A fellow PCOS sis and I are thinking it may be a cyst. Waiting for my dr to get me back in. Advil is helping the pain today thankfully!

    I have had this happen to me before. Last time it happened to me i had a burst cyst. Good Luck, I hope you feel better!
