Hey do I need to say anything else? Hop to it! Body weight exercises can kill and this one does! Do like she said 10-12 reps. DON"T use momentum!

    Did my share for a day or two yesterday: push ups in training with super trainer, again in combat and again in pump, my arms are still sore!

    Girl - I HATE push ups. I loathe them. Every fiber in my shoulders, back and stomach can't stand them. But, crap. I'll do them. I won't be happy, but I'll do them.
