Lately I've noticed that the music from Level 1 stays in my brain all day and that I'm humming it and hearing it all the time...has anyone else had this happen? I am kind of weirded out, especially since I do the DVD every other day :laugh:

    i am starting to seriously loathe the music. the stupid little lines drive me nuts. "i could always use a little chest fly in my life" WTF??

    I usually have my radio on in the kitchen or my ipod, but I enjoy listening so that way I know when the reps are about through and I can keep pushing.

    I tune out I think, although I did watch L2 through in double time before I started and all I hear is Jillian shouting in double speed, she's like chipmunk!
