A while ago I saw a post on here with a website that had a ton of information about insulin resistance and being healthy in general. The site had numerous links on each page and I ended up reading for hours without getting close to reading all of it. I know this isn't much to go on, but does anyone know what site I'm talking about, or know of any other informative and helpful sites on insulin resistance and/or PCOS?
