Hi Everyone - Here is another challenge under the "umbrella" of the master challenge.
It is really easy:
1. Just do push ups!
2. And... Just log here when you have done them (You don't even have to say how many, or what kind, if you don't want to)
Type:
Any kind you are comfortable with:
- Standard
- "Knee" Push Ups
- Push Ups against a wall
Set Pattern
Some examples
- 1 time max - (good for measuring baseline)
- Do as many as you can, wait a minute and do it again. See how many you can do in 5 sets
- Do 5 - wait 20 seconds do 5 More - see how long you can last.
Just do them! :-)

I did my first "set" last night and the results were "less than spectacular" LOL
Did the "Set of 5 with a minute break - Regular Pushups)

I'm in, but I have no upper body strength Yet, so I'll be doing wall push-ups, maaaybe counter-top push-ups. Today will be very busy though, so will start tomorrow.0

OK... did an A-Kicker of a pushups workout.
20 sets - 5-6 pushups, then wait 45 seconds. 104 total - Wiped out.
Next time I am going to see if I can do 6 - wait a minute, do 6 again for 20 sets.0 -

Did another set. I really have a long way to go
