Goals- where have you been and where do you want to be?

Options
I thought since we were talking goals I would post this to give us the opportunity to get our goals out there and help keep everyone accountable.

My goals:

sw: 235
Cw: 174.6
Gw: 145
UGW: 145

1- 215 lbs- DONE
2- 199 lbs- DONE
3- 185 lbs- DONE
4- 175 lbs- DONE

5- 168 lbs
6- 155 lbs (goal)
7- 145 lbs (ultimate goal, but may not be final)

I want to be fit and healthy. I know 145 is a stretch since I was that in HS. BUT we can dream and set our goals high! If we expect more we will do more.

My goals may seem odd, but I have thought them through. I can never get under and stay under 170, which is why I say 168. All goals had significance similar to that.

my starting weight when i decided i needed to lose weight was 185lbs.
    I am currently at 173lbs.
I would like to see myself down to 150lbs and maintain that for a little while.
If i could get down to 140 that would be amazing.

my current non weight goal is to get through the 30 day shred alive.

you can do it, just dont push yourself. even if you only do lv1 all the way through it would be a huge achievement. i waited until day 11 to start level 2 and have only done 2 days of that (day3 today) but it kills me. its so much harder.

I started at 155 lbs a few weeks ago. My current weight is 150 lbs. My first goal is 145 lbs and to increase my cardio endurance so I can run a 5k. There's a Zombie Run in October that I'm aiming for.

Here are my stats & goals:
    5'4.5"
    27 yrs old
    SW: 150 (1/1/13)
    CW:135 (8/15/13)

    Goal1-133
    Goal 2-130
    Goal 3-128
    Goal 4-125

Ultimately I'd like to end up around 125-130 depending on how I look and feel

    Non-scale goals
-lose fat and have more muscle definition
    -be able to lift heavier
-be able to run a mile in under 9:30

I'm going to Cozumel at the end of October with my parents and my boyfriend. I bought a new bikini and I would like to look better in it before vacation. I took a photo last week in it when I started 30DS but did not take any measurements

I just started last week so:

    5'7" 35 y/o
    SW - 163
    CW - 160.5
    GW - 135

My heaviest was 175 about a year ago. I got down to 145 in 3 months with lots of running and exercise and dieting, but then I got sick (massive painful ovarian cysts) and was layed up for 6 months. Had surgery last month, got the all clear two weeks ago, and now I'm on track again! Woohoo!!!

I was always really thin but an injury several years ago caused me to gain a bunch of weight. Ever since then I've yoyo-ed up and down but I'm hoping this time it will stick.

Great idea, I only started a few weeks ago and went on holiday in between so am kinda starting afresh here.

    5'6.9"
    32 yrs old
    SW: 200
    CW:193

    Goal1-190
    Goal 2-180
    Goal 3-170
    Goal 4-160
    Goal 5 -150

I would really like to end up around 140 but am happy to take each day as it comes, it took about 7 years, a mixture of comfort eating and lack of exercise, and 1 pregnancy to do this to my body so will just plug away until I feel and look better.

    Non-scale goals
-lose fat and have more muscle definition
-be able to do a proper pushup - can only do the lady version atm
-be able to wear all my beautiful clothes from before my weight gain.

I included some other measurements in mine, hope that's ok with everyone? :-)

    Current weight: 73.9kg / 162 pounds 14oz
    Goal weight: 55kg / 121 pounds

    Waist: 88cm / 34.6 inches

    Goal measurements:

    - Be able to play tennis again
