If anyone has questions about gluten (what is considered gluten? Does gluten have other names? Is it in....?) this is a great place to ask them. Post questions and I will answer ASAP.

    Im reading that corn tortilla chips can have gluten in them. Am i cheating if i eat a reasonable amount of them (While remaining within my calorie count).

    For this challenge, any gluten is cheating. You can find corn chips at Whole Foods that do not contain gluten, just be careful to read the ingredients for everything, gluten is in things you would NEVER imagine. It is an additive/filler used in so much food.
