Halloween twins!

A few groups have done this and I think it's helpful. Lets find our size and goal twins to share our journeys with over the next 2-3 months?!

Goal : 110
Height : 5'2"-small frame so I notice these lbs

Lost 15lbs last year but didn't keep up the momentum so I'm on board for this challenge to shift the next and final 9!!

    Goal : 140-145
    Height : 5'4 with a medium sized frame. when I was on the thinner side before (130 pounds) people often said I needed to put on a few pounds, so my goal is to get around 140 and see how I feel/look and go from there.

    I've lost about 20 pounds in the last 7 1/2 months. In the last 2 months I finally made the step to give up soda, fast food, and fried foods. I feel a lot better overall with those changes being made.

    RIght now my exercise consists of jogging 4-5 miles 5-6 days per week and then doing strength training exercises 3-4 days per week.

    Good luck to everyone! It's a journey, but well worth it.

    My goal is to reach 120 lbs 5'5 big bones.
    SSW 220 year 2012.

    I work out 7 days a week with JM 30ds plus I walk about 3 miles a day. When I am done with 30ds I will do the 6 week abs from JM. I started the 30ds this month.

    Currently walking 2 miles nightly. Just started Zumba this week and will add this 3 times per week. I want to do some DVD's at home 2 times per week. I will look into JM since she seems to be a popular choice.

    A few months ago I was very proactive about losing weight, but then I stopped due to a busier schedule. I am now back on track and I usually run 2 miles in the morning (hopefully 3 by the end of summer) and I'll be restarting the 30 day shred this week.

    Challenge GW : I want to get below 145 by Halloween!
    Ultimate Goal Weight: Probably 130, we'll see how it goes. I've never weighed less than 145 as an adult, so I'm not sure what I would look like!

    I run 3-4 days a week, and workout with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 & Six Week Six Pack. I lost my initial 20 pounds last year, took a break, and I'm back to finish!!

    Long term goal of 135- 140 lbs

    I try to workout a least 2-3 times a week depending on how my back feet feels (Plantar fasciitis on my feet and a bulging disk on my lower back) so some-times I am limited to what I can do. I guess I will take it one day a time.

    I try to get at least 15 mins a day on my elliptical and 15 min walk with my puppy (it would be longer but its just SO HOT, and she doesnt know how to walk on a leash yet so...).
