Anyone exercising with a prolapse?

Hi Ladies,
As this is a forum for us mummies, I thought it was most appropriate to ask this question here.
So I'm not sure if you all know but prolapse is really common after having babies. I have recently found out that i have a prolapse, which really changes up how i am aloud to exercise.
I am currently in the middle of trying to find a doctor, gyno and physio who are going to help me with this, but in the meantime was wondering if there were any other ladies with this and what exercise do you girls do?

Hiya - it all depends what type & severity (i'm not a medical professional) however I had a mild cystocele after my first baby (6 yrs ago) It rarely bothers me now and I have 3 children all together and it hasn't gotten any worse with each child.
I was advised to avoid high impact sports and focus on exercise which would strengthen my core. I do Zumba - as it really tones my core muscles which hold everything all together and will probably start pilates in the autumn.
Its important to get properly assessed as there are some really good non surgical options - hope this helps x0 -
I have a grade 3 cyctocele and rectocele and the OB i saw basically just said "You will probably need surgery at some time but not now" and left. I have been wondering if there are exercises I should avoid or exercises that would be especially important. I think I need to recheck with a different midwife or OB to see if I can learn more.
I currently kickbox and do weight training (new rules of lifting).0
