5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Many times I believe that something is too small or nit important enough to ask in Jesus name. I suffered with binge eating or starving for 54 years. The first time after all those years that I asked in Jesus name he helped me. It was not just a new diet or binge but a way of life. I learned that there is nothing too hard for Jesus.. Jesus says if you see me you see the Father. How many times I think have I entertained angels that God sent and never recognized the soul of the Father in them. May I ever be aware my I look with the soul and not judge others. Thank you for always being here for us and giving us scripture to help build us into more virtuous people.0

Observations & Interpretation:
1. Jesus says he is the way, the truth and the life--Jesus is the only one who can provide us with abundant life.
2. Jesus says whoever believes in him will do great things--If we believe in him, we are capable of great things (not because of anything within ourselves, but because we have access to God's authority).
3. Jesus says if we ask anything in his name, he will do it--we just need to ask and follow-through on our side!
Application:
Today, I learned that if we believe and follow God, He gives us the ability to do great things within his will and with his authority.
Prayer:
Dear Father, there are many times when I feel defeated and don't feel like I can accomplish anything great. Please help me to continue to believe in you and know that your authority and power are at work within us and please help us ask for the right things at the right time. In Jesus' name, Amen!0 -
I totally agree! There have been times when I didn't know how we were gonna make it and He ALWAYS makes a way.He helps us every day and we sometimes forget to look for it.Thank you Father for helping us in our struggles and our weaknesses.Help us to be more like you today and glorify you in all we do.AMEN0

2. Jesus asks don’t you know me by now; anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.
3. Jesus says He will do whatever you ask in His name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
INTERPRETATION:
What do you interpret these verses to mean for you today?
Believe in Jesus, He is the Father and the Father is in Him; or at least believe in the evidence of His works itself.
