Weigh in #3 for our Challenge Group!

We have about 10 Weeks to make goal for our 15lbs by Halloween drop! I know that sound like a lot of time but trust me it is going to be here before you know it.

Lets make sure we are given it all we have to make our goal by Halloween!

    I'm going to skip the weigh in this week because I'm challenging myself to see if I can resist the temptation

    Sorry, got to do it I just can't seem to get myself to look at the number on the scale this week. I have been super emotional and super binge eating to the 5 th power.:sad: :sad: :indifferent: :embarassed: :frown:

    Sorry, got to do it I just can't seem to get myself to look at the number on the scale this week. I have been super emotional and super binge eating to the 5 th power.:sad: :sad: :indifferent: :embarassed: :frown:

    I know what you mean, I dread weighing myself after I've slipped up. If you think it's going to demotivate you resist the weigh in, but it may help you. You may have lost more than you thought despite a slip up which is always nice! Or even if it isn't wha tyou want it could help spur you on?

    Part of the reason I'm not doing the weigh in this week is because I went out for a big birthday meal with the family the other night and the other day I made a birthday cake and had a bit too much cake mix, but toher than that I've been good so I don't want to look at the number and be demotivated as it wasn't really an average week.

    No change from last week at all. Anybody any suggestion. I have not been exercise as much, my Planter Fasciitis is acting up and my foot hurts a lot and also my back. any suggestion are welcome.

    When I get stuck I shake it up a bit. Do something you don't normally do. Do a new workout out Video of Try YouTube for one. You have to shock your body by going over and beyond what you normally would do.
