    I have started drinking green smoothies. I did one this morning for a meal replacement. How do I track it on myfitnesspal or do you count it as calories?

    You can actually download the Kindle app to your computer and/or phone. You can use the app whether or not you have the actual Kindle device.

    Divaj: did you ever find out how to track it on your food chart?
    I'm new to the group, always looking for ways to drop a few pounds, and this sounds easy and healthly.
    Any advice would be gladly accepted and i'm reviewing the site as we speak...

    To list smoothies on MFP First list all ingredient put into the smoothie. Next save it as a meal and name it, like blueberry smoothie, green smoothie. It takes time initially but it will save in the long run, especially if you are doing a weekly or monthly challenge.
